Instructions for CS1.6: Right click on the image of the spray you want and click "Save target as..." and save to your CS folder. Rename the file to tempdecal.wad.
Instructions for CS:S: Right click on the image of the spray you want and click "Save image as..." and then save the image to your desktop. Then, while in CS SOURCE, import the image as your spray!
